Former Suchard factory
Shaped by its industrial character and functional architecture, the site kept a strong identity even after production stopped. It was fully restored between 2015 and 2020 to provide a modern, high-performance working environment.
The renovation paid particular attention to the quality of the infrastructure, energy performance and safety, while respecting the history of the building. In 2026, all the lifts are being completely replaced.
